It is an extremely simple procedure and the actual removal duration is 16-20 hours.
Necessary:
– 5L of apple juice without sugar(1 liter per day for 6 days)
– bitter salt – epsom salt (40g) – available at the pharmacy in 100g sachets.

– grapefruit juice without pulp (preferably red) – 180 ml
– malic acid or 10 lime
